since itunes connect status rejected, new binary required. make desired metadata changes when upload new binary.

note: please sure make metadata changes app localizations selecting each specific localization , making appropriate changes.

an app's metadata information enter app on itunes connect page app. metadata includes such things age range (to gauge suitability children), keywords, contact information, etc. guess, think keywords you've chosen app, in reviewer's opinion, not match "the app's content , functionality". but, wrong; entirely different field within submitted metadata.

i'm not sure note localizations refer to. have localization defined app?
