ios - Video conference in Ionic 2 -

i pretty new ionic. in application need build video conferencing feature, where

1. perso1 generate unique url web interact person2 (web version implemented using rtcmulticonnection ). generated link sent push notification person2's mobile app.

2. i have open particular link inside app should allow person1 start live chat person2. , person1 must able record video. problems i'm facing,

3. opening url in android app works fine, can start session. ios opening url inside app or in of browser, video conferencing not happening.(i believe apple considers camera can used apps).

help need,

1. i'm looking repositories have implemented rtcmulticonnection in ios app.
2. or please instruct me, how can achieved. note: i'm ready change server side code, in advance.
