Sending a bit to an STM32f4 micro-controller through USB using MATLAB -

i working stm32f4 board running embedded program. able send data , forth between matlab script , stm32f4. matlab script running program controls lab equipment.

due stm32f4 being compatible embedded coder, of search results littered that. attempted use com port functionalities matlab has, stm32f4 has complicated way make visible com port using virtual com. codes available online stm purpose kept bringing file missing errors. , these files not available in package had downloaded.

all want is, while stm32f4 board running, send , receive data. similarly, how doable arduino.

my program:

matlab script:

in specific mode want control stm32f4. matlab script trigger stm32f4 change state, stm32f4 should communicate stating has switched state, matlab script able record number of signals (the matlab script controls these other pieces of equipment). want able keep doing until have iterate through stm32f4's states.

so want able send small data packets , forth stm32f4 matlab script.

can please provide me comprehensive tutorial on how can done without using embedded coder or simulink? want able directly using matlab script, , c code on stm32f4 programmed separately.
