How to upload multiple target each for iPad & iPhone to itunes connect -

i'm trying upload app appstore. having 2 different targets each iphone , ipad how upload app store. i've kept bundle of both targets same. change supported devices. since there lot of difference between both apps . needed separate target. making universal not possible
