i new python.
i executing script in windows, nothing , gives error "invalid syntax".
can me error. have set path variable include python.exe location.
please see attached image: 
your image python command line, python commands accepted there , there no need specify python in beginning (in shell python call python interpeter). in order run windows commands in python use os or subprocess modules.
