android - Creating New Project -

i'm using android studio create new project, when click "create new project" takes me window choosing additional libraries , frameworks , huge empty box says "command line app." how can window lets me configure project , choose api , layout , such? screenshot of first window opens:

is first time use android studio? version using? when installed it, did throw error?
