Form CSS not working on IE9 only? -

my testing link jcleung.com/m2g-test/

for reason, styling have on form working on every browser (inclduing lower versions of ie) except ie9!

anybody else have issue of know fix?

firstly, have validation errors may worth fixing.

secondly, reason element (on target css) doesn't contain fields in ie9:

you have <form> wrapped <p> tag , wonder if makes go crazy? anyway, i'm pretty sure it's html bug , i'll keep updated if find problem.
