twitter bootstrap - Is there any way to combine bootstrap4 with jQuery UI? -

like in question. new in web developement, getting comfortable bootstrap. in bootstrap4 have found code proper scripts:

when try combine these links with:

i still not able use jqueryui functions. should ?
