c# - In an MDI parent I want to pick up left mouse click and drag on background -

i want scroll (winforms) mdi children when parent background clicked , dragged.

i able drag children around mdi application want able move them if using scroll bars when children have off screen areas.

i've added infinite-scroll tag because feels i'm trying achieve.
