we using jenkins , global security set project-based authorization. team responsible provisioning jenkins accounts , assign permissions developers. delegate privilege , allow dev teams create , manage permissions own new members without giving full jenkins global privilege. looks folks @ cloudbees.com have paid jenkins plugin called rbac. want know if current project-based authorization plugin can used allow team self manage jobs member.

i found there open source plugin called role based authorization may match. how reliable , complete compared rbac?
