i have been trying add subdomains ssl support google app engine project. using custom domain ssl support. (let's call "mydomain.org"). able add subdomains in app engine going google cloud console --> app engine --> settings --> custom domains --> add custom domain. added " *.mydomain.org " new custom domain.
with addition list of custom domains looks like: "mydomain.org", "www.mydomain.org", , " *.mydomain.org " using http, of these routed correctly app. next step tried add ssl support new custom domain. clicked on ssl certificates tab , clicked on ssl cert uploaded while back. in ssl menu listed "mydomain.org" , "www.mydomain.org" in list can enable ssl custom domains. ssl works 2 subdomains, not " *.mydomain.org ".
i have tried removing "*.mydomain.org" custom domain , adding several times no avail. had no luck trying "app.mydomain.org" , "api.mydomain.org" too. know i'm missing?
