migration - ElasticSearch 2.X fields with conflicting analyzers -

we have fields conflicting analyzers across types in index. string types no conflict data type.

in elasticsearch 2.x, confilcting data type , analyzers not supported. though can resolved creating separate index, end many hundreds of indexes (and shards) uneven document counts , performance implications.

i know :

  • if there way can bypass restriction?
  • if there way create custom analyzer changes properties dynamically depending on type?
