Can I integrate my own load balancer (F5) into the Azure Service Fabric Cluster Resource Manager? -

this page on microsoft docs talks azure service fabric cluster resource manager.

it keeps track of nodes services running on them.

i wondering if possible integrate have load balancer (like f5 bigip) manage load balancing?

to more specific, there kind of event cluster resource manager raises when node goes offline or online? if think catch , send pool updates f5.

note: not asking how integrate bigip's f5. wanting know how integrate cluster resource manager.
