in our company, use lync/skype business. in database, there way know whether call missed?
for example, customer called support number, reason, call not pickup, there way find call info query lync/sfb database?
or, lync/sfb not log info in case?

it depends on "call" did refer here pstn call? if thats simple voip call called peer2peer call might happen here didn´t involved skype business (=sfb) / lync server done between both sfb clients without server.
i think step might check whats possible build in monitoring reports in skype business server (see here starting point).
