Cant get Google maps API key, getting errors in console -

when try create google maps api key says 'couldn't create project'

then go console , click create project , get:

error com.google.apps.framework.request.statusexception: generic::failed_precondition:

what missing?

try create new project in developer console enabled google maps api need use. now, go credentials -> create redentials -> api key. then, observe if still experiencing error. i'm not sure if bug on google side, not one experience issue
